Privacy policy

This policy describes what happens to information you send us through vignatek.com. It is written to describe what the site actually does, not to cover every eventuality in the broadest possible language.

The only information we collect is what you type into the project brief form: your name, email address, company name if you give one, the service you selected, the starting point and timeline you chose, and the description you wrote.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Submissions are stored in our own database, accessible only to the people who need it to reply to you. Email you send us lives in our email provider’s systems in the ordinary way.

Enquiries that don’t turn into projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Records relating to work we actually did are kept for as long as we’re required to keep business records.

Write to vignateksupport@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We’ll do it, and we’ll confirm when it’s done.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
